ABOUT ME

I am a freelance writer, copy editor, and developmental editor based in New York. I love synthesizing complex information into compelling and approachable content; improving the quality and readability of technical material; and collaborating with other writers, editors, and senior team members to meet the audience’s needs. I write and edit SEO-optimized website content, video scripts, ad copy, feature articles, classroom lessons and activities, editorial and marketing newsletters, training documentation, and other original content pieces.

My clients have included Grow with Google, for whom I wrote and edited video scripts and articles for the Google UX Design Certificate, hosted on Coursera; Google's Applied Digital Skills, where I worked as a curriculum writer and developmental editor, primarily writing and editing scripts for educational, consumer-facing videos; SCM Now Magazine, for whom I write original features and copy edit individual articles; and Fisher College, where I taught online courses in communications.
